BBQ PORK RIBS
2 racks pork baby back ribs (about 4 1/2lbs)
1 1/2 teaspoons pepper
2 1/2 cups BBQ sauce
3/4 cup cherry preserves (A MUST!)
1 Tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 garlic clove, minced
Cut ribs into serving-size pieces; sprinkle with pepper. Place in a crock-pot.
Combine remaining ingredients; pour over meat.
Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until meat is tender.
Serve with the same flavor BBQ sauce you used to cook with. Enjoy!

Can you use boneless country style pork ribs, as well?
