Banana Yogurt Shake


1-1/2 cups milk
2 ripe bananas, frozen (if not frozen, add a few ice cubes)
1 cup vanilla yogurt
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
dash ground nutmeg

  • Combine ingredients in a blender and process until smooth. Makes 4 servings.

Oh my, I'm feeling like a monkey! :P Did you know that banana helps to ease depression? Bananas have vitamin B6, which helps your body to create serotonin. That's why most psychologists recommend this fruit to trauma patients. I call dibs on this: “A banana a day keeps your psychologist away”. LOL :P
